The figures below reproduce the company’s existing published price guide, checked on 22 October 2026. They are not a new tariff or a quote for every property. Oven cleaning is described as included in the tenancy service; additional work needs agreement.

What can change the amount?
Room count is only part of the brief. Heavy grease, a large appliance, specialist textile treatment, outside glass or a separate space may change the work. Explain the current condition rather than describing only how you hope the property will look.
Ask about access, parking, congestion and any timing-related charges before confirming. For removals, provide an accurate load and route description; for storage, confirm space, term, collection and redelivery arrangements.
Other services need their own quote.
Each service page describes its pricing basis and the details needed for an estimate. For other work, ask for the relevant unit and included tasks. Textile area, access method, hours, load or storage term can affect how a quote is calculated.
