The services have different scopes. A tenancy handover is not the same as ongoing housekeeping, and a carpet treatment is not the same as vacuuming within a property clean. The useful starting point is your home, its condition and the result you need from the appointment.
Choose the right part of the move.
Browse end of tenancy cleaning for a handover, one-off deep cleaning for selected priorities, or after builders cleaning following completed works. Separate pages explain textile, window and exterior services.
If belongings need transporting or holding between addresses, discuss home removals and storage. Tell the team what needs moving, what access is available and how the dates fit together. Additional tasks should be agreed rather than assumed within another service.
Know what you are booking.
We aim to make the booking conversation useful: describe the rooms or items, explain any unusual condition and ask for the included work, exclusions and full quote to be confirmed. Keep the agreed details and any receipt with your moving records.
If a property has an unusual material, difficult access or a task outside the main service description, explain it at booking. The team can discuss the appropriate brief, rather than assuming one appointment covers every part of a move.
